My dad is 79 years old and my mom is 60. They have 2 animals inside. It is 106 degrees outside and their website says they get out fast due to caring about the elderly and pets. When I called the lady was very nice but stated they have a time slot for tomorrow at 2 pm. I understand it’s a busy time for them. I called Justin late Tuesday evening July 14 2026 action heating and cooling and to my surprise someone answered the phone I told them my ac was not working well. The next day Michael was out and super cleaned my unit and diagnosed my unit. Very professional man. And the diagnose was not good he said he would go back to the shop to get a proposal to repair my unit. In less than an hour he was calling back. And they could be out first thing in the morning to fix.  MAX was out first thing Thursday morning and I had very cold air in less than 2hours my total bill was less than 1400 dollars. And Max is very professional and he knows what he is doing. Thank all of you for helping me.  You made this so very easy.  I highly recommend this company
